Put the cinnamon, orange and lime zest, nutmeg, clove and 1 tablespoon of the sugar in the bottom half of the Flavour Shaker™. Drop the ball in and screw the top on tightly. Shake for 30 seconds then add the rest of the sugar and shake again for 10 seconds.
Bet you can’t resist dipping your finger in for a taste of that zingy flavour! Now just sprinkle over some fruits (peaches, pears, figs, even rhubarb), with a little white wine or brandy and bake until browned. Great for dusting over cakes, crumbles or biscuits too.
